Back to the capital of my routines in Frankfurt: 

- February kicked off with a spontaneous trip to London.

- Met my friend from IFM Functional Medicine Health Coaching Academy in person. Great breakfast, deep talks, exciting projects ahead.

- Dinner with my former client Irina at a Mexican sushi spot, unexpected and delicious.

- Morning walks in Frankfurt. Fresh air, ideating for LinkedIn.

- Green juice moments with my partner.

- Weekly Blaze HIIT sessions, enjoying the fireplace and sauna pure recovery afterwards. 

- Attended my friend’s hair salon opening dreams turning real. haarkunst_hila 

- Surprise visitor Zeynep from my university days in Izmir. Ready to make many new memories.

- Another visitor—my father-in-law. Evening out at our favorite Spanish tapas restaurant.

- Bonus: Dancing in my living room after dinner best way to move.

- And of course, behind the scenes: writing, continuing to scaling my business, working with clients and all that with hiring an amazing virtual team to Rising Yellow. 💛
