Our agendas are packed with task lists.

But how often do we add ourselves to that list?

Not often enough.

What happens:

→ You push through task after task.
→ You blame yourself for not “keeping up.”
→ You end up feeling exhausted and frustrated.

There is a way around this.

Making time for yourself doesn’t mean hours of routines.

It means creating small, intentional moments within what you already do.
When you put your oxygen mask on first—even in simple ways—you get the energy to handle everything else.
You show up better for yourself and those around you.

Here are a few simple ways to start putting yourself back on your agenda:

1. Build on an existing habit: Love your morning coffee break? Pair it with a quick brain dump.

2. Add a micro habit that recharges you: Can’t fit in a full hour for exercise? Try walking meetings after lunch or a short stretch between tasks.

3. Use quick resets: After each call, drink a glass of water or take a few deep breaths before diving into the next task.

Tiny habits, repeated, add up over time.

When you’re on your own agenda, you fuel your energy and overall well-being.

Pick one micro-habit you can easily add to your day.

JUST FOR YOU. 💛
