3 things I love about winter travel:

→ You skip the tourist chaos.
→ No reservation stress.
→ Nature feels more quiet and peaceful.

We had the lake almost all to ourselves.

No crowds. No noise. Just calm, quiet moments.

We walked around the lake, freezing but happy. Cuddled with the local dogs. Warmed up with tea.
