🙏 Why Coaching is a Calling, Not a Career

I am truly blessed to have this job. It makes me realize that effective coaching requires looking at people with a different lens—a microscope and a heart. It’s seeing every client as just another one of God’s children, inherently worthy of help and respect.

This profession is not for everyone. But for those who learn to truly appreciate it, you understand it’s a huge responsibility and a profound blessing.

When someone trusts you with their journey—letting you guide them through fitness, wellness, or sobriety—they are essentially putting a part of their life in your hands. This is not something to be taken lightly.

If you are not ready to fully embrace the responsibility of guiding, supporting, and advocating for another human being’s success, this job is not for you. You can’t just act the part; you have to feel and play the part. You must have a passion for service.

I take this responsibility seriously, and I am grateful for the trust my clients place in me every single day.
