I’m sorry.

For putting everything—and everyone—else ahead of you.

For:

↳ Skipping workouts.
↳ Eating at my desk, or not eating at all.
↳ Not taking a quiet moment to just be with you.
↳ Staying up late working when you needed sleep.
↳ Pressuring you into social drinking when you just wanted water.
↳ Ignoring your signals and popping painkillers for every headache.
↳ Letting stress take over and keeping you in a fight-or-flight state.
↳ Ignoring that stomach pain and still ordering the same pasta every day.
↳ Filling the house with ultra-processed foods (how did you even handle those 20+ ingredients?!)

I now realize all you’ve ever wanted was a healthier environment. 
You’ve just been waiting for the chance to heal.

Getting to know you better over the past few years has been eye-opening. 

You’ve taught me so much about what you really need, and I’m grateful.

You are my best partner. 
Thank you for sticking with me, even when I made things tough for you.

Together, we can create a healthier, happier, and more energized life.

P.S.S I love this picture because it reminds me of the kickoff to my health journey. What you don’t see are the acne, relationship challenges, and gut issues I was dealing with at the time. But I still had the courage and belief to keep going. Remember, you have an incredible strength within you to change your body and life in a way that aligns with who you truly are.
