How to tone & glow properly? 

Some of the biggest mistakes I see is 

❌ 1. People just randomly doing any poses shown on the internet 10 times a day. They then come to me saying they've been doing it for long and still don't see a difference. 

That's because those poses are not for you, things on the internet are made for a generic audience & for awareness. 

✅You need to be doing the poses for the exact muscles and a systematic routine designed for you. 

❌ 2. Doing them wrong without any guidance.
This is actually causing more harm than good. 

Face Yoga has has to be done RIGHT. Everything else you do, pulling any fr*ckinggg skin on your face is NOT FACE YOGA 🚫

✅Learn it with guidance and do it right, it will make wonders to your face in just a short period of time. 

What you need to do is - Find a mentor that does an in-depth analysis and then guides you on the best designed program for you. 

 ❌ Doing it with someone who has no idea of the biology or has never got a difference for 1 or more people 

✅Make sure to choose the mentor who has done it time and again with not just few but many students with the same concern as yours.
