I know exactly how you feel ❤️
- 10 years ago before face yoga I started having my face absolutely dull, started developing spots on my face and I felt completely misaligned with my face. 

I had so much energy, but my face would just look blah. Dull, with acne and I didn't know what I was doing wrong. And me being super confident, i still started feeling a bit off. 

For a while I started thinking - I am doing everything right, eating healthy, moving healthy then why me? 

And one day I changed the narrative - from why me to - What can I do now ?  I discovered the encyclopedia the muscles on my face and the power of face yoga. And it blew my mind.

👉But my point is - that I know how you feel and I also do know after 10 years of transforming 10k's of faces, on exactly what to do.
