This is the view from my lakeside home in Kelowna BC on a Friday morning.

I built this in 2021 as a single mom. Over 20 years as a nutritionist. Before AI. Before going viral. Before any of this existed.

Then I doubled down with AI. Same tools you have right now. Six months. 35,000 new followers and multiple six figures added. 

You’re right to feel like you need to catch up on AI. That urgency is real.

But here’s what I know after 20 years in practice:

You teach your clients this every day. If the foundation isn’t solid, then nothing you add on top will work. Supplements won’t fix a broken diet. Hormones won’t fix a broken lifestyle.

Your business works exactly the same way.
