I’m walking through my neighborhood in Kelowna BC on a weekday afternoon because my practice gives me the freedom to do that.

Custom home on the lake. Built during a pandemic. As a single mom. After 20 years as a nutritionist building a business entirely on my own terms.

I’m not telling you that to impress you.
