With Martanda Varma being an integral part of the book, there was no way that I could miss having a launch & discussion around Bravehearts of Bharat in the city that was his kingdom's capital - Thiruvananthapuram. This has been the 8th stop in this multi-city tour that's been on since November 2022 😊

It was an absolute privilege to be hosted by the Honourable Governor of Kerala Shri arifmohammedkhann Sahab to stay at the pristine Kerala Raj bhawan & enjoy its scenic beauty. Arif Sahab 's knowledge on a wide variety of topics including history & scriptures is mind-boggling & every interaction with him is an education!

The book was launched by him there, alongwith Smt Ashwathi Thirunal Gouri Lakshmi Bayi Thampuratti of the Travancore royal family. Researcher & intellectual Shri panickar.sreejith engaged us in a wonderful conversation on various aspects of the book & on Martanda Varma. Gokul Yuvraj and his enthusiastic team of young volunteers put up the show with great elan! 🙏

Wound up the short, but memorable trip to Thiruvananthapuram with a blessed darshan & Thanksgiving to the presiding deity Sri Padmanabha Swamy to whom Martanda Varma had submitted his kingdom to & called himself Sri Padmanabha Dasa 😊
