A visit to Pune is never complete without going to the solankibooksellers ...the amount of effort they put in welcoming authors to their roadside store, deck them in traditional Maharashtrian attire & honour them with gifts & best wishes is so unique & heartwarming. I have been fortunate to visit them twice & both the times it was a memorable experience. This time I got myself a nice Puneri pagdi too, along with a beautiful Vittal idol. 🙏😊 Must say the pagdi is quite hard to wear, unless you are used to it ! 😁😁
