Do I struggle? 

Sometimes I look at my social media timeline and realize that you only see all the good stuff.

In the tapestry of my life, struggles weave alongside smiles, and hidden behind the facade of sunny days and a fit body, are moments of being:

😔 Broke
😔 Sick
😔 Unhappy
😔 Alone
😔 And Lost

…trying to find my way,
…trying to figure it out,
…just trying to make it.

Life’s journey is a mix of beauty and hardships, a dance with the laws of polarity.

Essentially, life is real and raw. It will give you what it wants, rather you like it or not, and we have to endure it.

Somehow, I’ve always survived.

Amid all the chaos, I’ve found resilience through God, cherished friends and family, and nurturing my mind and body.

I give myself love - eat healthy, exercise, sleep well, and nourish my mind and soul.

So if you’re navigating your own struggle, RISE UP! Shower yourself with love, prioritize health, surround yourself with genuine connections, and remember, you don’t have to face it all alone.

Life doesn’t demand you have all the answers, but it expects you to try.
