## Caption

Abu Simbel is one of those places that leave a lasting impression in your soul! It is located in southern Egypt very close to the border with Sudan. It is a 4 hour drive or 30 min flight from Aswan. We went back and forward on visiting this temple given the additional travel time, but I am so glad we decided to go!
