 •  have a 3-month cash buffer banked
 •  make sure you’re so full that you’re turning clients away weekly

i get the trap you’re in: “can’t afford help, can’t keep drowning alone.”

but here’s what separates thriving practices from dead ones - profit first, then hire.

make investments for the biz from a position of strength, not weakness. 

build the machine, then add operators.
