I used to hate taking pictures, or even looking at myself in the mirror. I didn’t like the person I saw in the reflection.

These 2 thoughts changed my life 👇🏽

1️⃣ everything will always work out in my good, I can stop worrying. 

2️⃣ I am worthy of self-love and self-care, it doesn’t have to be earned. 

I learned to trust myself, believe in myself and love myself more than ever with those 2 thoughts. Those thoughts broke years of negative thinking patterns in my brain and helped me level up my self-care.
