What I learned on my own journey:
✨ my mental health is better when I move my body regularly

✨ I have to be my own best friend, my own hype girl. I have to be the friend I am to others to myself. 

✨ it takes courage to feel your feelings. Journaling and self-coaching is a safe place for me. I also have access to an amazing executive coach esperanzallebron who is a freakin’ genius!
