Espresso Syrup Cake
Moist espresso flavor cake by women weekly magazine… 

Ingredients:
- 3 tsp instant espresso coffee granules 
- 1 tbsp hot water 
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup caster sugar 
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp coca powder 
- 150 g melted butter ( in room temperature)
For the espresso syrup:
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- 3/4 cup water 
- 3 tsp instant espresso coffee granules 

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C and bake to 40 min
