If you have some tahini halwa, I recommend you try this recipe to make great afternoon tea cake

Tahini Halwa Cake

Cake Ingredient:
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla 
1/2 cup sugar 
3/4 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk - at room temperature 
1 can fresh cream - about 1/3 cup
3/4 tahini Halwa 
2 cups sifted flour
1 tbsp baking powder 
1/4 tsp saffron 

Bake 150° C 35-40 min 

For the sauce:
2 tbsp cream cheese
1/3 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp tahini halawa 
If you want the sauce to be more creamy add 2 to 3 tbsp fresh cream
