Chocolate Madeleines

When you take a bite, you’ll meet a thin crust, slightly crisp on the outside, before sinking your teeth into the moist, melting chocolate crumb on the inside incredibly delicious! 

Ingredients:
* 1 tbsp (15 ml) melted butter
* 10 tbsp (150 g) butter
* 175 g dark or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
* 1 ½ cups powdered confectioners sugar
* ½ cup all-purpose flour
* ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* ½ tsp salt
* 6 large egg whites (¾ cup)

Refrigerate the mix for 1-2 hours then bake in Madeleines baking tray for 12-15 min in preheated oven 180°C
