## Caption

Adding fresh Thai veggies to your instant noodles changes the whole flavor. You can swap out any veggies to whatever you’ve got and it will still taste good🍜 

Ingredients:
4 cups water
3 pack instant noodles- I used curry flavor 
4 small heads of bok Choy
Half bunch of enoki mushroom 
6 pieces of baby eggplants 
1 tbsp black sesame seed
3 pieces of sliced cheese - I recommend mozzarella but I used different type of cheese coz I had none in my fridge 
1 tbsp fresh chives - sliced 
1/2 tbsp kimchi seasoning - optional
