Weekly round up!

Sorry in advance.. this week has mainly revolved around work and food 😂😂

Last weekend was the Platinum Retreat at greathallingburymanor which was brilliant. Proper conversations, great energy, and exactly the kind of weekend that reminds me why we do what we do.

I flew out on Sunday to Greece and then spent most of this week flat hunting, which meant a lot more walking than usual. Between that, keeping up with training, and trying to eat healthy, I’ve absolutely wiped myself out.

The weather’s been pretty intense too. Serious downpours in Glyfada this week and genuinely horrific scenes. Two people were tragically killed after being washed down the street. If you want to look it up, the aftermath was awful and a real reminder of how quickly things can change.

Still kept moving though.. exercise, good food, and sticking to routine.

And as you can see from the photo… this week of exercise and healthy eating clearly finished me off 😂 Fast asleep in the car on the way to a Greek basketball game in Athens.

Balance, right?
