Details below -2 Dozen Wings, or whatever amount you want -Seasoning of Choice, we used Hardcore Carnivore Cajun -1T each of Baking Powder, Corn Starch -Salt -2-3T Avocado Oil -Homemade Ranch, posted last week **Lay wings on sheet pan with rack, pat dry, salt, in fridge at least 2 hours **Season wings as you wish with Baking Powder/Corn Starch mix **Oil sheet pan and mix with season droppings **Place wings skin side down, spaced out well **Oven 425 degrees, 30 minutes **Done….serve w Ranch or Blue Cheese #wings #oven #3piecesofpecan #fyp
