I was nominated for the B&W pit-master challenge by darksideofthegrill yardcorebbq bennie_bbq and I’m honored and humbled.  By no means do I consider myself a master of any pit. I’m just a guy that loves to cook in his back yard, take pictures and eat good food.

This pic was taken at the worldfoodchampionships last year in Dallas. This week was a definite high point in my culinary journey with bamagrillmaster & the kamadojoe team. That week, I cooked alongside some culinary giants like ericgephart ktbaucom bbqforte alexsuccop for thousands of people and learned so much in the process. I can’t wait to get back to those days.
