⬇️ 11 pieces of game changing business advice I wish I’d learned sooner — from someone who runs 3 businesses and has launched 30+ brands in the wellness space:

1. Start before you’re ready. If you do feel ready, you’ve probably waited too long (hard one to swallow). 

2. The path you start on won’t be the path you finish on — and that’s exactly the point. Let yourself evolve through living. It will never turn out how you planned. 

3. You don’t need a title to take up space. Start the conversations. DM the people. Build the Pinterest board. Read the Substacks. Immerse yourself before the world gives you permission.

4. Some of your greatest gifts won’t come with a qualification. And if you do have one? Amazing — you’re already ahead. But many things? You’ll learn by doing. And failing. And figuring it out. That is the curriculum.

5. Never assume you know what’s best. Test and learn. Test and learn. Test and learn. The consumer holds the answer — not always you.

6. You will get things wrong. That’s not failure. That’s growth. Learn, pivot, repeat.

7. Confidence and competence come from action.
But self-worth? That’s the prerequisite to even enter the room. Build it.

8. Someone will always be more qualified. You can still contribute in meaningful ways. Your fire, your vision, your heart — that’s your edge.

9. “Let me come back to you on that” is a power move. You don’t need to know everything. You just need to know how to find out.

10. Send the message. One email, one DM, one connection can change the whole trajectory of your career. One micro moment. One massive shift.

11. Take the leap before the world tells you you’re allowed to.

The real growth? It lives in the doing, the trying, the unbecoming, the experimenting, the discovering.
Not in the waiting.
