The secret is out! I can’t believe this moment is here 🫢🫢. In fact, sometimes I think I spent 3 decades of my life going through the mess to bring me to this moment. Somatic healing healed my chronic pain disorder, healed my heart, healed my relationship with men, healed my relationship with my family and ultimately, changed my life, my body, my mind & my soul.
