Nothing in life is black or white.

Thrilled to have been asked to look at the otherside of the coin with glamouruk & anyaem around the backlash against Molly Mae & Kim Kardashian and when too far is really too far?

Like with anything, no matter how wronged we feel by a comment, we must focus on discussing, digesting and dissecting, not death threating, attacking, & turf warring- no matter how triggered we feel.

Because in reality?

A trigger (an intense emotional or physiological reaction) can be really valuable as a way to look deeper into ourselves to see which of our own emotional and psychological wounds an external comment poked at.

Strong emotional reactions are a flashlight into our own story, as well as someone else’s.
