I’m honoured to join the G7 Gender Equality Advisory Council for 2025, as part of Canada’s G7 Presidency and contribute to this vital global mission.
We have a unique opportunity to shape policies that create lasting, systemic change for women and girls in every corner of society. By championing and advising on the implementation of tangible inclusive outcomes, we can unlock the full potential of our economies and communities. 
I am proud to represent Canada and help drive forward economic prosperity, democratic resilience, and sustainable development on a global stage.
This builds on work I’ve been privileged to do as a founding member of the G20 Business Women Leaders task force and as Co-Chair of G20 EMPOWER, initiatives committed to advancing women’s economic empowerment at scale.
At RHEI, we’ve seen how intentional leadership can move the needle:
A 0% pay gap
40% women-identifying representation in management
A deep commitment to building equitable, inclusive teams
I am proud to represent Canada and help drive forward economic prosperity, democratic resilience, and sustainable development on a global stage.
There’s still a long way to go, but when we lead with purpose and back proven solutions, we can build a future where opportunity is truly equitable.
