APPRECIATION POST: 💕
Everything I’ve achieved this year is truly down to having a brilliant coach bodyprojectx michellebrannan 💪🏼

Last year I said to Michelle I felt I had “unfinished business” on stage. I had taken several years out when we moved house (twice) and also whilst I started up my private practice (twice). 
.
Last year I felt the time was right to return to stage & see what improvements I could make & whether I could achieve all the things I wanted to. 
.
Swipe ▶️ to see that Michelle’s been there for me since 2015. She’s supported and guided me thru regional events and even a trip to Barcelona for an international show. I could never had done all the wonderful things I’ve done without her!

I believe for u to have a good coach u need to have Trust, Communication and Honesty 💕 everything I have with mine. I am ever so grateful to have found Michelle and to have had the opportunity to grow and improve under her wing.
