Last week I had the honor of spending time with an incredible group of women through motorcyclerelief ❤️

This non-profit is dedicated to helping veterans and first responders by teaching them how to ride adventure bikes, giving them the tools to connect with one another, and creating a safe space to talk about mental health.

We spent the week learning new skills on the bikes, sharing stories, and participating in workshops that reminded us we’re not alone in the challenges we face. 

The healing, growth, and friendships that came out of this experience are truly life-changing. 🙏🏼

Programs like this give vets and first responders not only adventure and fun, but also the community and support they deeply deserve.

A HUGE thank you to motorcyclerelief and all the incredible volunteers who make this possible. 🙏 Your dedication, patience, and kindness are changing lives every single day. I am so grateful to have been part of this journey, and I can’t wait to see how many more lives will be touched by this program.❤️
