## Caption

Really proud of my one client Jackie, who came in and crushed her goals. She improved her posture(forward slouching) and lost 20lbs in16 weeks. She has another 8 lbs to go. 

We made small modifications to her diet, increased her lean muscle mass through 2 days of resistance training, and increased her energy output by adding extra cardio. 

She now loves to go shopping and buy new clothes that fit her new body!
