Today, after months of worrying and dreaming and planning and working and waiting, we took delivery of our new 10+10hl system. There’s still one more vessel (3rd vessel aka supplemental kettle/whirlpool) to come in about a month, but this gets us back in the high life again once all the steam, electrical, augur, water, and assembly work is completed.
