I think i can finally talk about this a little more. It will be a lot but a lot happened.

Two weeks ago I almost passed. 😥 This was a medically induced coma from epilepsy. However, epilepsy wasn’t the big issue here this time.

I had an infection in my blood that led me to become dangerously septic. I was passing out, having nonstop seizures, up to 107 degree temperatures, I had blood clots in my lungs, and no CT scans or MRIs we really coming back normal because it was affecting all of my organs.

When trying to bring me out of a coma, I was having epileptic seizures again triggered by the shock happening in my body. They had to bag me when I wasn’t breathing.

After finally bringing me out, I was scared & confused. I woke up with no clothes, a catheter, an eeg band, in pain, and still VERY sick. Sepsis takes months to heal and more when you have severe chronic conditions getting triggered by the shock of severe infection.

In the moments of finally waking up after trials, I became aware that I had no control of my consciousness anymore.

After finally waking up, was the hardest battle. Battling sepsis. A diagnosis that can end your life subscription. I remember very little from the high fevers & am experiencing consequences of damage to your neurological function due to it.

It’s hard to make coherent thought. It’s hard to text loved one’s. It’s hard to control when I am and am not asleep. It’s hard to type this.

I still have fevers but not so damagingly high. My body was so immunocompromised from extreme antibiotics that I got Covid and then an infection in my throat leading to more antibiotics. Later I got pneumonia.

My oxygen has been permanently at low levels and it’s hard to breathe. I am still violently vomiting and don’t eat a single thing. I’m completely TPN dependent. My body has rebuked nourishment. I stay on TPN for 2 of 14 hours before I start uncontrollably vomiting. After a break of 1-2 hours, I start it again and the cycle continues. I can’t control my bladder at times.
