They hold the breath of the sea’s spirit —
a soul that lived long before we ever knew the meaning of home.

Their nets dance with grace,
moving through crystal-clear waters,
meeting vibrant fish not with hunger… but with harmony.
They take only what they need,

Here in Waburi and Lande,
people don’t stand above nature —
they live within it.
One with the waves,
one with the light reflected from sacred waters.

Let us protect this sacred bay,
not only for today…
but for the ones yet to come.
So they too may learn,
that when we care for nature,
we are, in truth, caring for ourselves.
