And this happens alot when people decide to follow their instincts without validating them with data.

Your job isn’t to make people comfortable.It’s to tell the story the data is actually telling—even when it’s messy or inconvenient.

And yeah, sometimes people will ignore you.
Sometimes they’ll ask you to “double-check” (for the 5th time).Sometimes they’ll move ahead anyway.

But when it all comes crashing down, they’ll remember you were the one who told the truth.

So yeah—be kind. Be clear.But never lie with data. Ever.
