Early Vertical Forearm isn’t an arm position.
It’s an organisational skill.

You don’t set EVF with the elbow.
You arrive at it when the kinetic body wave is organised.

Shoulder mobility creates space.
The scapula manages load.
The body core times pressure.

When those three work in synergy,
the forearm becomes vertical without forcing it.

Pull harder and EVF collapses.
Organise better and pressure appears.

Elite swimmers don’t pull water back.
They vault the body past a stable forearm.

EVF is an outcome — not a command.
