✨ A night at MAD Houston — where Spanish flavor meets futuristic elegance in the heart of River Oaks District. 🇪🇸✨
We came for their $55 Dinner Menu, and every course was an experience. 💃🍷
What we had:
    •    🐙 Mini Pulpo Potato Foam – tender octopus, silky potato foam, smoked paprika, olive oil caviar
    •    🦀 Seafood Croqueta – Spanish crab, shrimp, and creamy béchamel
    •    🥔 Bravas Tomás – crispy bar-style potatoes with smoked spicy oil & garlic aioli
    •    🍗 Paella Valencia – saffron bomba rice with confit chicken, snow peas & piquillo peppers
    •    🍰 Gypsy Arm – soft sponge cake with whipped cream & caramelized custard
Every dish was stunning — bold flavors, artistic presentation, and picture-perfect laser-lit decor that makes dining here truly out of this world. 🌌✨
