Here’s a reminder to check in on yourself.
It’s easy to get caught up in all the things we’re doing and forget to take care of yourself.
With competitions coming up I need to make sure I’m doing everything i can to perform my best and the Readiness features on the trainheroic app help me do that. 
I’ve never been a big journaler, so it helps me take a quick second to check in on how I’m feeling every day and identify trends. I don’t live and die by it, some days you just have to get it done, but there’s a ton of value in regularly reflecting on how you’re feeling. it can identify trends and steer you towards making some positive lifestyle changes outside of the gym.
