Yesterday was one of those days that reminds you exactly why you do what you do. 

I had the pleasure of speaking at Beverly Hills High School for their Career Day, and I left that building genuinely inspired by how amazing these students were. 

First, a huge thank you to Cindy Dubin and Veronica Nelson for the invitation and for making this happen. Your vision and dedication to what these students deserve to be exposed to goes above and beyond.

To the career student helpers..... you were incredible. Helpful, sharp, and asking the kind of questions that let me know the next generation is going to be just fine.

To the culinary students..... I don’t know what you put in that food, but it was outstanding and I was ready to sleep after lol. Seriously. And to my favorite student chefs Isabella, Liorra, Sarah, and Joel, thank you again. Especially Isabella isabellazah_  for connecting me with Veronica and Cindy.

To the entire staff of Beverly Hills High School who organized both sessions and kept everything running smoothly..... thank you. That kind of behind-the-scenes work never goes unnoticed. Thank you also to the Mayor of Beverly Hills Sharona Nazarian sharona4bh for the kind words. It was a pleasure speaking with you. 

Two sessions. A room full of young people ready to engage. That’s a good day.
