The next time you have a moment to yourself…. Say this 3 to 4 times to help release a person or situation that happened to you in the past…….

I release you. I release you not because you have apologized, not because you acknowledge the pain you caused me. I release you not because I condone or forgive you for what you did……

I release you because I need to move on with the rest of my life. I release you because holding onto this hurt is no longer serving me. I release you because I choose to be free. I release you so that I can reclaim my peace and find my joy again.

Say this as many times as you need, for as many days as you need. Whatever it takes to help you release what happened to you.
