It includes a combination of techniques, such as deep breathing, visualization, positive self-talk, and mindfulness. This allows you to use your anxiety and transform it into a source of heightened focus that will benefit you instead of hindering you. An example would be “Tunnel Vision”. The ability to convert anxiety to energy and extreme focus on your situation, event, or performance. Aka “Tunnel Vission”.
