Setbacks happen and can sabotage us both physically and mentally. This is when we have to dig deep. We have to be willing to go to that mentally dark and unknown place that we have been avoiding. That place that will test who we are as athletes or performers. 

This is where you will find your courage to push through and become who and what you need to achieve success. 

When you decide to go to that dark place…. it is only there, that you will find your Resilience and become unstoppable. 

I challenge you to find that dark place……I challenge you to find your Resilience.

Los contratiempos ocurren y pueden sabotearnos tanto física como mentalmente. Aquí es cuando tenemos que cavar profundo. Tenemos que estar dispuestos a ir a ese lugar mentalmente oscuro y desconocido que hemos estado evitando. Ese lugar que pondrá a prueba quiénes somos como atletas o artistas. 

Aquí es donde encontrará su valor para empujar a través y convertirse en quién y lo que necesita para lograr el éxito. 

Cuando decidas ir a ese lugar oscuro.... es solo allí, que encontrarás tu Resiliencia y te volverás imparable.
