These attributes are what separates the professional athlete from the amateur, and that separate C-Suite Executives from the average employee. Choosing to be among the greats requires a high level of mental strength and resilience. 

If you want to be among the greats in your field, these characteristics are a great place to start honing in on and practices. Physical strength is one thing, but Mental strength is a complete game-changer.
