I will never forget my first time filming for national TV. I was so nervous that I started sweating and had to put on my glasses to hide my eyes. Also, I took off my shirt and which was NOT in the plans at all. I panicked and decided to do something crazy to make myself laugh inside. It worked and somehow it helped solidify my spot for the next Episode🤷🏽‍♂️😂

Moral of the story, when anxiety arrives, do something strange to make yourself laugh inside! For the love of God, don’t take your shirt off like I did 😂😂😂, but find something that will help break the intensity!

Nunca olvidaré la primera vez que filmé para la televisión nacional. Estaba tan nerviosa que empecé a sudar y tuve que ponerme gafas para ocultar mis ojos. También, me quité la camisa y que no estaba en los planes en absoluto. Entré en pánico y decidí hacer algo loco para hacerme reír por dentro. Funcionó y de alguna manera ayudó a solidificar mi lugar para el próximo episodio🤷🏽‍♂️😂

Moral de la historia, cuando llega la ansiedad, hacer algo extraño para hacerte reír por dentro! Por el amor de Dios no te quites la camisa como yo lo hice 😂😂😂, ¡pero encuentra algo que ayude a romper la intensidad!
