## Caption

Anxiety comes in more forms than most people know. Not everyone experiences it at a level that is noticeable, but there are some of us who do. 

1. GAD - General Anxiety Disease - Uncontrollable worry about things.
2. Social Anxiety Disorder - Fear of crowds or other social interactions.
3. Panic Disorder (Panic Attack) - Having panic attacks 
4. Specific Phobias - Afraid of heights, Flying, enclosed places, etc.
5. Separation Anxiety - Normally with kids separating from parents.

I actually suffer from 2 of these forms of Anxiety. If you have had challenges with Anxiety, leave a comment and tell me about your experience, if you are comfortable.

La ansiedad se presenta en más formas de las que la mayoría de la gente sabe. No todo el mundo lo experimenta a un nivel que se nota, pero algunos de nosotros lo hacemos.

4. Fobias Específicas - Miedo a las alturas, Volar, lugares cerrados, etc.
5. Ansiedad por separación: normalmente cuando los niños se separan de sus padres.
