What we learned in our salons aboard the Mekong Discovery ⛵️:

💡 The Power of Storytelling & Building Effective Networks: in the age of AI, these are our superpowers as leaders.

💡 There is Power in the “&”: embracing our multicultural, multi-hyphenate selves: we see what others might not.

As the boat is lit up right before new year,
with soft light, music & intimate conversations filling the space, immersed in art by artist Nguyen Hong Quan & q.as_concept 

Our group of leaders, builders, and creators came together to celebrate the end of a fruitful year across cultures, industries, and life paths.

linhthaiofficial shared openly about her journey of reinvention: The joy to pursue our life and career missions with both passion and an experimental mindset. 

not.evy reflected on her inspiring journey to find her voice and share her gifts with the world as a singer. 

mlightvn shared his insights about the art of storytelling in cinema and in life, how they shape one another, and how we can harness storytelling to live more empowered lives.

an_luong spoke about pursuing his career in AI at leading corporations, and coming back to build something new in Vietnam, his second home. 

Other leaders leaned in, sharing their own perspectives, questions, and lived experiences.

A few reflections that stayed with us:

• Growth often requires letting go of who we once were
• The environments, cities, countries, cultures we choose shape our ambition and direction
• There is power in embracing the “&”, being between worlds: you see what others don’t
• Honest conversations create trust—faster than titles ever could

As the night unfolded, over shared meals, quiet pauses, and bursts of laughter,
it no longer felt like a group of individuals,

but a Circle.

Present.
Curious.
Alive.

This is what we’re building at 10nexus :

to listen, reflect, and grow with one another.
