A Vietnamese boy at heart, I especially love a good Pho ☺️. The smell of Pho feels like Home. potauphobyanan menu pays tribute to Chef Peter’s mother who runs a traditional noodle shop in #Dalat in central Vietnam, famous for her Mì Quảng prawn & pork turmeric noodle soup.⁣

“The Pot Au Feu” is also a film partly based on the legendary real-life gastronome Jean Brillat-Savarin by French-Vietnamese director Trần Anh Hùng which recently won the best director prize at the Cannes Film Festival 2023.⁣
