I'd like to share with you a #morning habit that has made a huge difference in my life lately. ⁣💪
⁣
Every morning, while getting ready for the day - brushing my teeth or during #skincare routine - I would do a simple #eyegazing exercise and say "I love you" 10 times.⁣ 💞

Sometimes, I'd begin to tear up with Joy by the 5th or 6th time saying "I love you" to myself 💗. This simple but powerful exercise reminds me that so often, I forget to tell myself, "I am enough."⁣ ✨

The morning #EyeGazing exercise:

1. Look in the mirror⁣
2. Focus on one eye (doesn't matter which one, and you can go back and forth, but focus on 1 eye at a time)⁣
3. Say "I love you"⁣
4. Repeat 10 times⁣
⁣
Gazing into someone's eyes, the window to their soul, develops #empathy and #care. The relationship with ourselves is the most important relationship in our lives. ⁣💓

Telling ourselves, "I love you." is so incredibly powerful. Validation should come from within, and not from any external force.⁣ 🙏

Such a simple exercise, but it works like #magic. ⁣💫
