Healing out loud is my greatest act of courage. Today, I’m showing up—raw, real, and unfiltered. No implants, at my heaviest weight, and embracing every part of my journey. This is what self-love looks like for me right now. 

Last week was AVN avn week—the Oscars and Grammys of the adult industry and a time to celebrate, reconnect, and honor accomplishments with friends and fans. Normally, I’d be in the mix, but this year, I missed it all. Between being under the weather and navigating this uncertain healing process, I had to step back—even from my own work schedule and load asknyomi & theseasonofselflovepodcast 

A few weeks ago, I spoke about the importance of the “Pivot”—and now, more than ever, I understand what that truly means. This is my pivot season, and I’m learning to honor it with grace and gratitude. 

I share my story not for attention, but for awareness and connection—so no one feels alone in their healing. If I can rise and reclaim my power after being judged, labeled, and challenged, you can too. 

Let’s keep breaking the silence, shattering stigma, and celebrating our truth—together.
