Today was a GOOD day! 💗✨

Every step on this healing journey after my explant surgery is a victory—no matter how small. Everyone’s recovery looks different, and I’m learning to honor my body’s pace, listening to what I need, and celebrating the days I feel strong enough to move, lift, and sweat a little! 🏋🏾‍♀️

Had my labs yesterday, and next week brings MRI, EEG, and more answers. One day, one win, one bounce back at a time. I’m staying intentional about my healing, lowering my stress, and giving myself grace. I know I’ll get back to full strength soon—and when I do, watch out world! 🌟
