✨ Meet my new Solar Plexus Sound Bowl! ✨ 
This morning, I got to play her during my prayer and meditation session, and let me tell you—my spirit needed this. She’s my new baby, joining my heart, throat, and crown bowls that have been with me for years. As I move through this pivoting era—fully embracing my “reclaimed and unashamed” season—I’m learning the power of stepping back and caring for myself, intentionally and deeply.

Lately, my Solar Plexus has been calling out for healing, and this bowl is here to help me answer that call. Sound bowls have been such a beautiful part of my journey, especially as I continue to heal and grow.
